So, how do you know if someone filled out a job request form before they posted something here about the job?

Good question. Let's pretend Susie Jones visits bdadversales.tripod.com. She decides that she wants a student loan. So, she clicks the link on the College Student Job Searchers page and fills out the form. The form has been programmed to be sent directly to me. I receive it in the email, contact them to let them know that it was received and if I need more info. That's when Susie comes here to the message board, joins and posts a message stating what a bit more specifically what she is searching for. This way, she not only has the advertisements that she will pay for, but she also has the message board in case someone else on the message board has suggestions or comments for her. But, joining the message board is not an ABSOLUTE NECESSITY. It is simply another tool that can be used.
